The following Terms & Conditions together with our Returns Policy governs the use of this website and the purchase of products and services from it.
Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur The Somerset Willow Company Limited cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Returns
The Somerset Willow Company Limited returns policy is located at http://www.somersetwillow.co.uk/68/returns this page along with the Terms & Conditions governs all aspects of returns including; cancelling orders, faulty products, exchanging products, returning goods and having orders refunded.
UK Delivery
Orders placed before 10.00am will be dispatched for next day delivery. Your order will be shipped using ‘TNT’ our nominated courier.
Our nominated courier delivers 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday (except bank holidays) and will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel.
We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to the customer not being present to sign for the delivery.
‘Please note’ delivery to Northern Ireland and the Offshore Islands will need to be selected on the delivery location option on the checkout page before proceeding to the payment process page.
From time to time adverse weather conditions may affect our delivery services, conditions such as snow, ice, high speed winds, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunami’s and any other acts of god may delay your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery of orders under these circumstances.
International Delivery
We can provide shipping to International customers worldwide using TNT international services. Delivery transit times will vary but will usually take between 2 – 7 working days. If you are placing an order from outside of the United Kingdom, please, at the checkout page, select your delivery country, which will then calculate shipping prices for the items that you have selected.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We regret to say that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products shipped internationally.
It is your responsibility as the customer to check that any products or services ordered from The Somerset Willow Company Limited comply with your delivery destinations local customs and import official regulations and restrictions. We cannot be held responsible if charges or delays are incurred by the customer as a result of the customer not complying with local regulations within your country or the destination country of your order.

Stated product sizes on our website have a tolerance of +/- 1.5cm due to the nature of the products that we manufacture.
Willow colour finishes shown on our website may vary slightly from time to time and may not be an exact colour match to the finished seen product.
