1.  Due to the nature of the material we cannot guarantee that the products shown on our website will be an exact colour match to the final finished product.

2.  Unfortuantely we cannot guarantee that seperate orders of furniture bought at a later date in the same colour finishes will be an exact colour match. 

3.  All optional extras, such as  basket liners, picnic backboards, hamper inserts, kitchendrawer frame and runners, must be purchased as a optional extra at the time of order and are not included in the basket price. 

4. All furniture prices include calico base and back cushions and the making up cost of the fabric covers,  but does not include the cost of the outer fabric. 

5.  All furniture coffee table and dining table prices include toughened glass top 

6.  All our products are fully inclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5% but do not include carriage
