How To Order
Ordering online is quick and easy and the steps involved are set out below. You do not need to register with us to place an order - simply choose the 'Proceed to Checkout' option.
Registering with us will give you a faster ordering process in the future,
as we can store your addresses and Information securely.
If you are having any trouble placing an order,
please email us or call 01278 424003 for help, or to place the order by telephone.
You can look for products by:
'Browsing'
using the top left menu to navigate to the categories you want to see and using the sub menus to narrow-down further, you can select the size and colour you require and any extras you would like, enter the quantity and then just click the "Add to Basket" button.
If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket click on "Shopping Basket" button at the top of the page.
Once you have finished shopping select "Checkout" on the "Shopping Basket" page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Items on the website are always instock and available to order but may need to be made up specially for your order, If your order is being made it will always be ready for dispatch within 5 working days and will be delivered to you on the delivery time scale that you have selected.
As soon as we receive your order we will send you an email confirming whether your items are instock or need to be made up specially, we will also advise when your order will be ready to dispatch.

Delivery
Shipping prices will be determined solely by the weight of the order.
Listed below are the delivery prices which are determined by weight and please note that on rare occasions you may receive more than one delivery for a single order.
£5.00 1-5 working days small boxed items
£10.00 next day medium to large boxed items
£15.00 next day large items and multiple packs
£20.00 next day 2+ packs
our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday is not classed as working days. If you are from Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands or The Islands you will find that the website will not calculate the delivery costs for these areas, therefore please call regarding delivery prices. Frequently asked questions:
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, a signature is requested on delivery.
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then take your order back. Please read the card which will explain what you need to do, they will either try and re-deliver or in some cases you may need to pick your order up from the depot.
Who will be delivering my goods?
TNT couriers and Royal Mail dispatch all of our goods, who will deliver your order depends on the weight of the goods you have selected.
When will I receive my order?
When we have received a notification of your order we will email you to let you know when your goods will be dispatched this will be between 1 and 5 working days from date of order, on the day we dispatch your goods depending on what delivery service you have selected, your baskets could arrive next day or between 3 and 5 working days after
What is a delivery working day?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are all classed as delivery working days, Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday days are not classed as delivery working days.

My order has been delivered but only half of it is here?
On some occasions due to weight and size restrictions some orders maybe dispatched in two parts, i.e. the first half of your order may arrive on a Tuesday and the second half will likely arrive on a Wednesday, part orders still fall under 1-5 working days and if you do not receive both parts of you order within 5 days please call us.
